The Agritouristic Centre “La Dogana”. The estate is ca. 50 ha large and extends itself all around the historical XVIth century building that once was the Papal custom-house, and used to be a fovourite stop for those coming from the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and Rome. It gave hospitality to Michelangelo, Ghoethe, Byron, Stendhal. Recently, the ancient farmhouses surroundings, it have been restored and trasformed into small nicely furnished apartments, with a beautifull view on the Lake Trasimeno

The Lake Trasimeno is the largest lake of Central Italy, an ideal resort for those who are fond of swimming, sailing, fishing and living in the open air. Along its shores there are many tiny fishermen’s villages, old manors, small ports, beaches. Two wonderful islands are frequently connected to the dry land by ferry-boats.
